The new Essential Staff CARE 18.0 forms is a 4-page enrollment guide that has all the health care benefits employees can enroll in during the new hire/on-boarding process. This makes the Essential Staff CARE form the over of the Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) as well.

To comply with ACA regulations, employers must make a Minimum Essential Coverage offer to at least 95% of full time employees. To simplify who may or may not be a Full Time Employee in a staing organization, have all employees ll out the form, check a box, and sign it. No extra forms, no additional paperwork, and no more headaches.

In 2004 Essential Staff CARE (ESC) shipped its first enrollment form and it was a simple 4-page form. Since the passing of ACA the ESC form has gotten larger and more complex... until form 18.0. The new form is 4 pages and has been redesigned to make filling out the form simple.

There was information removed, but this information isn't gone. With the help of the Internet, the information is at the finger tips of your employees. On the last page of the enrollment guide are web addresses to a wealth of information about the various products. To make it easier and faster to access this information on a smart phone there are QR codes. Use a QR app and point the phone at the form to launch the web pages.
